つけめん（700円？）
池袋大勝軒で修行後、沼袋で10年、1999年６月にここに開店。
スープは妙にゆずの風味が強いが、それ以外は確かに池袋ゆずりの味。
麺は黄色く、やや平打ちの中太で、これは池袋とはだいぶ違う。
全体のバランスは、かなりハイレベルなところでまとまっている。
