京都のこってり醤油味を感じさせ・・・は、するんだけど。ちょっとクド過ぎるかなぁ。まぁ麺も結構好きだし、東京のよってこやとか金ちゃんに比べたら、僕的にはこっちが好きかも。でも、結構異論あり（笑）。
クドいので、おむすびと一緒が吉なのかも。

「横綱」は元々京都のラーメン屋さんです。
京都のラーメンはこってりした店が多いです。
醤油＋背脂といった感じです。
先日「横綱」に行ったら満員だったので、（最近、近くに出来た）「山岡家」の方に行きました。
